Constantin Prozorov’s first physical art installation marks a major milestone in his practice, translating his signature digital collage language into three-dimensional form for the first time.
Commissioned by De Beers London for the House’s newly redesigned Paris flagship at 12 Rue de la Paix, Heritage Wall “The De Beers Story” is a permanent sculptural collage housed within the largest De Beers boutique worldwide. The work traces key moments in the House’s history, from its founding in 1888 to defining milestones including “A Diamond Is Forever,” the Four Cs, and De Beers’ ongoing commitment to craftsmanship, responsibility, and conservation.
Suspended between art object, sculpture, and storytelling, the installation brings De Beers London’s Southern African roots, British identity, and Parisian refinement into dialogue. Crafted in collaboration with European ateliers and accompanied by an animated counterpart in Prozorov’s signature style, the project opens an important new chapter in his work, expanding his surreal visual universe beyond the screen and into permanent architectural space.
“Collaborating with De Beers London on the Heritage Wall, The De Beers Story, was an inspiring journey through heritage, culture, and imagination. I wanted to create a work that brings the House’s history to life in a way that feels contemporary, immersive, and emotionally resonant.”
Unveiled in January 2026 during Haute Couture Week, the installation reflects Prozorov’s growing interest in physical making and his ambition to continue developing works that live not only as digital images, but as sculptural, spatial, and enduring artistic experiences.
