Leon Studio

Leon Studios, founded by Javier León, is a CGI + 3D studio with work in commercial animation, gaming, and character work, and world class CGI jewelry expertise.

Starting his career 20 years ago in video games, on titles including Tomb Raider, Galleon & Worms, Javier then moved to 3D animation, partnering with companies like Sega, Aardman Animations, and Furia Digital. His career expanded globally, supervising 3D and visual effects for studios such as Hornet Inc, Laika, and Elastic. Notably, he founded Vando Studio and later directed Bent Image Lab’s European division. He now runs Leon Studio from their studio in Cádiz.

In 2017, he earned an Emmy nomination for The Crown’s title sequence and in 2018 was named one of the “200 Best Digital Artists in the World” by Lürzer’s Archive.

Clients include Tiffany & Co., Givenchy, Loewe, Nike, Coca-Cola, La Mer, Givenchy, BVLGARI, Nigel O’Reilly & David Yurman.
