Emma Rios

​Emma Rios is known for her monochrome painted sets, which showcase her love of fashion, surrealism, architecture, subcultures & the nostalgic charm of vintage children’s illustration. 

Emma holds a bachelors in Visual Communication & Design, and further refined her craft with a masters degree in Illustration at Kingston University. 

 Often collaborating with other creatives, brands & publishers, Rios contributes her expertise to everything, from shoots & prop making to creative direction, design, illustration, set design and paper sculpture. 

Her work has appeared in editorial publication such as Haper’s Bazaar, Tatler, The Observer, The Guardian, ES Magazine, Lula Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Cosmopolitan, More, Fabulous, Women’s Health, Which Magazine, Pavilion, Red Magazine, Sarasota Magazine, Hello. She’s had workshops & outreach projects at Victoria & Albert Museum, National Portrait Gallery, University College London, Historic Royal Palaces, Royal Botanical Gardens, Vital Arts, Museum of London, London Festival of Architecture, Cheltenham Trust, Leeds Castle.
